At Crozen Knots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures for different types of orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Important: We only accept prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Order Cancellation
Free Cancellation Period
- • Ready-to-ship items: Cancel within 2 hours of order placement
- • Made-to-order items: Cancel within 6 hours of order placement
- • Bulk orders: Cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation
- • Custom designs: Cancel before design approval
Cancellation with Charges
After free cancellation period:
- • If production has started: 25% cancellation fee
- • If 50% work completed: 50% cancellation fee
- • If 75% work completed: 75% cancellation fee
- • If ready for dispatch: No cancellation allowed
Non-Cancellable Orders
- • Orders already shipped or out for delivery
- • Personalized items with custom names/messages
- • Items made with customer-provided materials
- • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Return Policy

- • Defective or damaged items
- • Wrong item received
- • Significant quality issues
- • Items not matching description
- • Manufacturing defects

- • Change of mind
- • Custom/personalized items
- • Items used or worn
- • Items without original packaging

Return Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 14 days of return approval in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Policy
Size/Color Exchange: Available within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship items only. Customer pays return shipping; we cover exchange shipping.
Defect Exchange: Free exchange for defective items within 15 days. We cover all shipping costs for defect-related exchanges.
Upgrade Exchange: Pay the difference for higher-value items. Downgrade exchanges receive store credit for the difference.
Special Cases
Bulk Orders
- • Minimum 48-hour cancellation notice required
- • Partial cancellations allowed before production starts
- • 50% advance payment non-refundable after production begins
- • Quality issues: Full refund or replacement guaranteed
Custom Orders
- • No cancellation after design approval
- • Design changes: Additional charges may apply
- • Refund only for manufacturing defects
- • Customer approval required at each milestone
Damaged in Transit
- • Report damage within 24 hours of delivery
- • Provide photos and unboxing videos as proof
- • Full refund or replacement at no extra cost
- • We handle insurance claims with courier partners
Delivery Failure Due to Our Mistake
- • 100% refund if we cannot deliver due to our error
- • Refund initiated within 24-48 hours
- • Amount deposited in your bank account within 3-4 business days
- • No questions asked policy for our delivery mistakes
