Shipping Overview

At Crozen Knots, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted items safely and efficiently. All our products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We ship across India and offer various shipping options to meet your needs.

Important Notes:

  • • Product colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screen settings
  • • As our products are handmade, some orders may experience delays. You will be notified via email if this occurs
  • • We only accept prepaid orders - Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: 1-2 business days
  • Made-to-Order Items: 5-7 business days
  • Custom/Personalized Items: 7-14 business days
  • Bulk Orders: 10-21 business days (depending on quantity)

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across India. Your handcrafted items will be delivered within 3-7 business days at no extra cost.

Delivery Areas

Pan-India Delivery

We provide free shipping to all states and union territories across India. Remote areas may require additional 1-2 days for delivery, but shipping remains complimentary.

Packaging & Protection

  • • All items are carefully wrapped in protective materials
  • • Fragile items receive extra cushioning and "Handle with Care" labels
  • • Eco-friendly packaging materials are used wherever possible
  • • Each package includes a thank you note and care instructions
  • • Bulk orders are packaged in multiple boxes if necessary for safe transport

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our shipping partner's website.

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch.

Delivery Issues & Policies

Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our shipping partner will make 2-3 attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos and unboxing videos for proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: In rare cases of lost packages, we will investigate with our shipping partner and provide a replacement or full refund.

Delivery Failure Due to Our Mistake: If we are unable to deliver your product due to an error on our part, we will initiate a 100% refund within 24-48 hours. The refund will be processed to your bank account within 3-4 business days.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy: We do not offer returns or replacements unless:

  • • The product is received damaged
  • • The product received is not what was ordered

All return requests must be accompanied by photos and unboxing videos as proof. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for any return requests.
